The flowers received raves from their recipients, and even though the recipients weren't home on the first delivery attempt, the shop was able to contact them to set up a good time for delivery (and kept me apprised, as well).

I received an email when the flower was delivered and was also told that they had to substitute another flower due to the inavailability of the flower I ordered.
